Sitting is the New Smoking... most of you have heard this statement already from me and this past month's Innate Lifestyle Newsletter is about just that- the detrimental health effects of sitting. Our bodies were made to move and the avoidance of such movement or the increased inaction of sitting is toxic to our mind and body. Getting up every hour to do some PROPER deep squats and the spinal hygiene exercises as seen on our website is a great way to start to counteract those effects of prolonged sitting.
