Meet Dr. Rana SlattonRana Slatton, D.C., B.S. is excited to join the Thrive Team in 2022! Dr. Rana is a family chiropractor who specializes in caring for soon-to-be moms and brand new babies, with advanced training in the unique needs of the pregnant and pediatric patient. She is certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the Webster Technique – a specific analysis and adjusting protocol for pregnant mothers that is designed to optimize the neurobiomechanical function of the mother’s pelvis. She is currently working towards advanced certification as a Milton pediatric chiropractor through the same organization.

Dr. Rana has been a resident of this area since the age of three and considers herself a Georgia native. She is always looking for ways to give back to the community that has given her so much through the years. Dr. Rana has personally experienced how growing up with regular chiropractic care has bettered her own life. Her personal experience has demonstrated that people who begin chiropractic care earlier typically see faster and more easily maintained results, which translates into more time spent symptom-free and enjoying life. Dr. Rana began her chiropractic journey as a nine-year-old suffering from sleep issues. Although she doesn’t remember much of this early issue (her mom certainly does!), she does recall that her sleep problems did not continue after being under regular chiropractic care. Dr. Rana attributes her healthy constitution and lifestyle to receiving chiropractic care for the majority of her life. She recalls having fewer and milder illnesses than others her age. She has also experienced great improvements in coordination and performance while she pursued her early passions of music, dance, and colorguard and winterguard as an Alan C. Pope High School Greyhound. Now she runs for fitness and fun.
