Dr. Jeremy DiMartino- Chiropractor

Dr. Jeremy DiMartino has a wonderful wife and three amazing kids who have had chiropractic care since the day they were born.  The DiMartino Family relocated from Chicago to Atlanta in 2012 and established Thrive Chiropractic Wellness Center.  Since moving to Georgia Dr. Jeremy and his family have been actively involved in the local community through health talks and by supporting local school athletic teams including: Cambridge, Milton, Creekview, and Kings Ridge Christian Academy.  Dr. Jeremy has treated and worked with many athletes ranging from adolescents to collegiate to professional athletes.  He, himself, has been involved in sports at both the high school and collegiate levels and continues to be involved in intramural athletics. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, golfing, swimming, cycling, running, competing in triathalons, and of course receiving chiropractic care.  He volunteers his time as the unofficial chiropractor and doctor for the Atlanta Phoenix 10U AA hockey team and helps out with his son's South Kent 16U AAA hockey team.  Dr. Jeremy is excited to be your family's Chiropractor in the Milton, Canton, Cumming, Roswell, and the Alpharetta area.
