Food Inc.

EVERYONE should watch this movie.  If you care about the quality of food you are eating this movie is a must.  It will definitely open your eyes to the industrial food business.  The educated food shopper is the smart food shopper.  The latest movement by some companies is to get congress to pass acceptance of more and more GMOs (genetically modified foods) allowing companies to ENGINEER food in a lab now to get them to grow bigger, faster, fatter, cheaper.  This practice has profound negative effects on our health.  This video will change the way you think about food.

Thank you, Dr. Gentempo, for clearing up some of the myths in society about Chiropractic Care.  He brings light into the overall philosophy of the Chiropractic profession.  It’s more than just dealing/treating back or neck pain.  It is about treating and healing the whole body and allowing the body to heal itself like it is programmed to do.  Let this healing art help you in obtaining your overall life health potential and lifestyle.

Our Flawed Medical System

This video makes you think twice about that “routine” medical procedure or precautionary/”preventative” medication.  These statistics are flooring- if I do say so myself.  We have an option.  We have hope.  We have a chance to reverse and prevent these chronic killers of our society.  We just need direction.  We need to realize that the right people to lead us and hold our hand through this journey aren't necessarily the group with the most money and loudest voice.  Dr. Mercola is highly respected in the world of alternative health care and I share his vision of convincing people to step out of the line that is jumping off the cliff.

ADHD Medication Warning

This video is eye opening to the dangers of ADHD medications.  Once again, I am struck by the power of pharmaceutical companies that they can continue to market drugs whose side effects are more severe than the effects of the condition for which they are designed.  The light at the end of the tunnel with these illnesses is that research is coming out to support alternative care as having positive influences on these conditions.  Chiropractic care has been shown to relieve some of the symptoms associated with these devastating diagnoses.
