Approved Foods

Picture

Nourishing your body during the detoxification process is essential.  Equally important is the fact that you are avoiding the ingestion of toxins in the form of refined and processed foods and non-organic foods that are sprayed with pesticides and may contain GMOs.  You are also avoiding foods that often create an allergic inflammatory reaction in the body.  In all cases of approved foods it is best to select fresh, organic items whenever possible- especially as indicated by the Clean 15/Dirty Dozen, which is incorporated into your Detox Shopping List.
