Thai Steak Salad
INGREDIENTS
Dressing
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Braggs Aminos
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Finely chopped thai chili or some chili flakes
- 1 - 2 Pounds of local, grass-fed, organic steak
- Olive oil
- Spinach
- 1 Can bean sprouts
- 2 Sliced green onion
- 1/2 Cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp chopped Mint
DIRECTIONS
- Grill steak to your liking, set aside and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing into thin ribbons.
- Mix remaining salad ingredients together using olive oil to desired dressing coating.
- Add steak to salad mixture and enjoy.
