On-The-Go Naked Shake
This shake is for those who are on-the-go or traveling and need the convenience of being able to mix a shake without access to a refrigerator or freezer.
INGREDIENTS:
-1 1/2 cups water (chilled water is preferrable for taste)
-2 scoops SP Complete Dairy Free
-1 scoop Whole Food Fiber
-2 scoops Whey Protein (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine ingredients in a blender bottle or glass jar with tight fitting lid.
- Vigorously shake for ten seconds.
- Consume.
