Mixed Greens Tuna Salad

- 2 6-8 oz tuna steaks
- 1/2-1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2-3 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Grill tuna steaks on med-high heat for 6 minutes on each side
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside
- Flake or dice tuna and toss with quinoa, mixed greens, carrot, and dressing
- Serve and enjoy
