Melanie has specialized in soft tissue work since 2011. She graduated from Fremont College in Southern California with her massage certification as well as an Associate's degree in Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation. As a former athlete, she grew to love the maintenance, recovery, and healing phases of sports. She played collegiate basketball until she was sidelined with a major injury. She then quickly discovered that massage can restore the body and can be a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Over her career, she has shadowed and learned from great mentors that have molded her skill set into the treatment of patient care.
Melanie grew up in Southern California and is the second of three children. She now enjoys spending her free time outdoors and listening to live music. She is also the proud mother of her yorkie chihuahua puppy, Arrow.
