Lemon Kale
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of organic Kale
- ½ lemon- juiced
- ½ tbsp of fresh grated ginger
- ¼ small onion- chopped
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
De-stem and chop/cut up kale. Saute onion in coconut oil until tender. Add lemon juice, ginger, and kale. Saute on low until kale is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
