Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tablespoons coconut or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or to taste)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  De-stem kale and tear into bitesize pieces (stems are not used). Wash and thoroughly dry kale.  (A salad spinner works great for this.) Drizzle kale with oil (coconut oil may need to be warmed slightly on the stove to reach liquid consistency) and sprinkle with seasoning salt.  Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip chips and continue baking (for about another 5-7 minutes) until the edges are brown but not burnt.
