Detox with the Doc Protocol

Days 1-7

What should I eat?

  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Healthy oils, butter, and ghee
  • Lentils, Wild/Brown Rice, Quinoa

Approved Foods

What supplements and shakes do I use?

  • 2-5 SP Complete Dairy Free Shakes per day (2 scoops of SP Complete Dairy Free Powder and 1 scoop Whole Food Fiber per shake)
  • 7 SP Cleanse capsules 3 times per day

  • If Adrenals were prescribed then 1 Adrenal Dessicated 2 times per day
  • If Gymnema was prescribed then 1 tablet 1-2 times per day
  • Any additional supplementation to accomplish specific goals should follow Dr. DiMartino's suggestions per your customized Keys to Success

What else should I remember?

  • Drink a minimum of 8 glasses (64 oz.) of spring water a day
  • Exercise is encouraged throughout the program, however, you may need to take it slow the first few days due to lower than normal energy levels.  If your goal is to build muscle or to lose weight follow suggestions per your customized Keys to Success
  • Take notes in the Daily Intake Journal or your own personal journal about how you are feeling and how certain foods affect you
  • Avoid using tobacco products
