Avocado Roll

Ingredients

• 1 mashed avocado
  
• 1 cup chopped watercress
  
• 1 julienned carrot
  
• 10 mint leaves
  
• 1 cabbage, halved
  
• 1/2 can of diced water chestnuts (optional)

Directions
Mix ingredients together, roll in cabbage and enjoy
