Apple Cinnamon Quinoa


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup cooked Quinoa
  • 1 TBSP of raw chia seeds
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced or diced
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Coconut milk on top to moisten
  • *You can sub out the apple with some berries for a different flavor

DIRECTIONS
Combine in a bowl and enjoy!  It'll keep you going strong until your next snack or meal.
