Apple Cinnamon Quinoa
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup cooked Quinoa
- 1 TBSP of raw chia seeds
- 1 apple, thinly sliced or diced
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Drizzle of honey
- Coconut milk on top to moisten
- *You can sub out the apple with some berries for a different flavor
DIRECTIONS
Combine in a bowl and enjoy! It'll keep you going strong until your next snack or meal.
